By submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or otherwise providing your contact information to Handyman Crews, you expressly consent to be contacted by Handyman Crews by phone (including mobile), text message (SMS/MMS), or email — even if your phone number is listed on a federal, state, or local Do Not Call Registry.
This consent applies to communications related to your service inquiry, scheduling, estimates, follow-up, and general business communications from Handyman Crews.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent or received in connection with your inquiry. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Handyman Crews does not charge for text communications, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.
How We Use Your Contact Information
Your contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule service, provide estimates, and communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may contact you to confirm appointments, follow up on completed work, or share relevant service information. We will not send unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to your inquiry.
Revoking Consent & Opting Out
You may revoke your consent to be contacted at any time using any of the following methods:
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message from Handyman Crews. You will receive a confirmation and no further text messages will be sent.
- Email: Reply to any email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line, or contact us directly at Mike@handymancrews.com.
- Phone: Call us at (214) 872-7785 and request to be removed from our contact list.
Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your ability to receive transactional messages related to an active service appointment or ongoing project.
Do Not Call Registry
By providing your phone number and submitting our contact form, you acknowledge that your consent to be contacted by Handyman Crews supersedes any registration on the National Do Not Call Registry or any state equivalent, as permitted under applicable law. This consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time as described above.
